IronSync (Android) Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the Android app IronSync
(package name com.ironwoodapps.ironsync), published by
IronWoodApps.

1. Agreement
By installing or using IronSync on Android, you agree to these terms and to the IronSync Android Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
IronSync helps you sync or transfer content according to the features described in the app and on its product page. Availability of features may depend on device capability and network access you choose to use.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IronSync on devices you own or control, for lawful personal use. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except where local law allows.
4. Purchases and billing
Paid features, if any, are sold through Google Play. Pricing, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. IronWoodApps does not receive your payment card number.
5. Your content
You remain responsible for files and data you choose to sync or transfer. Do not use IronSync to move content you are not allowed to copy or share.
6. Acceptable use
Use IronSync only in ways that comply with applicable law and Google Play policies. Do not use the app to harm devices, bypass security controls you are not authorized to change, or violate others' rights.
7. Disclaimer
IronSync is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronWoodApps disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including data loss.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
