IronGuard Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the Android app IronGuard (package name com.ironwoodapps.ironguard), published by IronWoodApps.

1. Agreement

By installing or using IronGuard, you agree to these terms and to the IronGuard Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

IronGuard is an on-device privacy and app-risk scanner. It helps you review installed apps, permissions, and related risk signals, and provides optional cleanup tools. Features marked Free or Pro may change over time.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IronGuard on devices you own or control, for lawful personal use. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except where local law allows.

4. Subscriptions and billing

IronGuard Pro is sold as a Google Play subscription. Pricing, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. Manage or cancel in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. IronWoodApps does not receive your payment card number.

5. Acceptable use

Use IronGuard only in ways that comply with applicable law and Google Play policies. Do not use the app to harm devices, bypass security controls you are not authorized to change, or violate others' rights.

6. Disclaimer

IronGuard is provided as is. Risk scores and guidance are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronWoodApps disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
