Ironbat Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the Android app Ironbat (package name com.ironwoodapps.ironbat), published by IronWoodApps.

1. Agreement

By installing or using Ironbat, you agree to these terms and to the Ironbat Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Ironbat is an Android app published by IronWoodApps. Features available to you depend on the version installed and any in-app purchases or subscriptions offered through Google Play.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ironbat on devices you own or control, for lawful personal use. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except where local law allows.

4. Purchases and billing

Paid features, if any, are sold through Google Play. Pricing, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. IronWoodApps does not receive your payment card number.

5. Acceptable use

Use Ironbat only in ways that comply with applicable law and Google Play policies. Do not use the app to harm devices, bypass security controls you are not authorized to change, or violate others' rights.

6. Disclaimer

Ironbat is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronWoodApps disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
