IronSync S2 Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the Android app IronSync S2 (package name com.ironwoodapps.ironsync.s2), published by IronWoodApps.

1. Agreement

By installing or using IronSync S2, you agree to these terms. If a dedicated privacy policy page exists for this app, it also applies. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

IronSync S2 is an Android app in the IronSync family. Features available to you depend on the version installed and any in-app purchases or subscriptions offered through Google Play.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use IronSync S2 on devices you own or control, for lawful personal use. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except where local law allows.

4. Purchases and billing

Paid features, if any, are sold through Google Play. Pricing, billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. IronWoodApps does not receive your payment card number.

5. Your content

You remain responsible for files and data you choose to sync or transfer. Do not use IronSync S2 to move content you are not allowed to copy or share.

6. Acceptable use

Use IronSync S2 only in ways that comply with applicable law and Google Play policies. Do not use the app to harm devices, bypass security controls you are not authorized to change, or violate others' rights.

7. Disclaimer

IronSync S2 is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronWoodApps disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including data loss.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
